Ryan Ridgeway
Principal
Prior to founding Bridgepoint, Ryan Ridgeway was a Senior Vice President in Stream Realty Partners’ Austin office. Ryan was responsible for the establishment of the firm’s retail division and the growth of the retail portfolio in Austin, which now totals over 2 million square feet. During his tenure at Stream, Ryan single-handedly closed over 1,000 transactions representing both landlords and tenants.
Ryan has been recognized as an industry leader in Austin on multiple occasions with recognition from the Austin Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” and from the CoStar Group as a “Power Broker.” Recently, Ryan was named the No. 1 “Heavy Hitter” in Austin for 10 years running and leased more retail space in Austin than any other broker in 2018.
Prior to Stream, Ryan was with Grubb & Ellis where he focused on tenant and landlord representation for local and national clients. He was also an integral part in assisting with the revitalization of Bank of America’s real estate portfolio.

James “Corky” Nix
Principal
Corky brings over 25 years of real estate experience in sourcing, financing, leasing, and redeveloping commercial real estate projects.
Corky has participated in well over $1 billion of real estate transactions including retail, redevelopment, raw land, wind energy projects, sale / leasebacks, and build-to-suits and is active in multiple investment platform companies.
He holds both a BBA in Real Estate Finance and an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
Michael Starcher
Principal
Through his various roles with Clearview Investments, LLC and other current platform investment companies, Mike has managed and participated in well over one hundred transactions in real estate, oil and gas, operating companies, significant positions in publicly traded stocks and bonds, as well as private equity investments totaling over $1.3 billion in value, with current AUM of $500+ million.
He began his career in public accounting in Dallas, Texas, and holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
